As a Service Supervisor youll be the driving force behind the teams delivery of a seamless high-end hospitality experience for our passengers. You will:

• Lead & Motivate Inspire your team to exceed guest expectations

• Deliver Excellence Ensure top-tier service and presentation standards

• Manage Operations Oversee smooth lounge functionality and staff training

• Innovate & Improve Implement new ideas to enhance guest satisfaction

• Work closely with the Lounge Manager to ensure compliance on our sops and excellence on our standards and service

Qualifications :

• What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience in hospitality catering or lounge management

• Strong leadership & people management skills

• A passion for delivering 5-star customer service

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of health & safety and food safety standards

• Ready to elevate guest experiences and lead an outstanding team
