What you'll do- Welcoming guests in a friendly and efficient manner, taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests
- Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience
- Ensuring that you are fully aware of the Scottish Licensing Laws that we must all follow
- Completing the Bar Cleaning Check Lists for Pre-Opening, during service and close-down of the Bar
- Imputing orders onto the Till System and processing the card payments
- Ensuring that we are working within the licensing laws at all times
- Taking pride in the attention of detail of drink presentation
- Restocking of the Bar before and after event
- Keeping the Bar area clean and tidy at all times
- Working together as a team
- Thrives on working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Being friendly yet professional
- Being a team player
- Good attention to detail and punctuality
- Being proactive is key
- Confident behind a Bar
- Experience with in a hospitality, catering or bar setting
- Choose your own shifts that you work, which is great for a second job or simply to work around other commitments like School, College, Uni, Family.
