PART TIME MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – GLASGOW – PART TIME

Location:

Glasgow City Centre – Build to Rent operator – One Property Recruitment.

Pay: £13k – £15k per annum, 20 hours per week (Mon‑Sun), start ASAP.

• Carry out day‑to‑day maintenance across apartments and communal areas (painting, decorating, joinery, basic plumbing/electrical).
• Support mobilisation of the building (snagging, defect management, contractor coordination).
• Conduct daily compliance checks and planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
• Manage apartment turnarounds, ensuring high standards between tenancies.
• Liaise with residents and contractors to resolve issues timely.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure tools/equipment available.
• Ensure all areas of the building, including exterior and carparks, are clean and well‑presented.

• Previous residential maintenance experience, ideally within BTR, PRS, PBSA or hospitality sectors.
• Carpentry, joinery, painting & decorating skills; basic plumbing/electrical knowledge desirable.
• Strong Health & Safety compliance understanding; IOSH certification a plus.
• Organised, proactive, able to manage workload effectively.
• Team player with a positive attitude and genuine passion for customer service.

• Grow with a reputable Build to Rent operator.
• Close‑knit, collaborative team with monthly planning and contractor support.
• Varied, physically active role in a high‑rise residential development.
