Up to £42k per annum (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
Hours:

40 hours per week

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

General Electrical and HVAC plant maintenance
Maintenance / repairs / replacements of lighting / rewires / electrical testing and all general electrical duties including mechanical & plumbing on site
Health and safety awareness
Maintain on-site log books, permits & site paperwork ensuring they are completed and up to date
Work as part of a mobile team; flexible, team-focused and client-focused
Role based predominantly in the Glasgow area
Callout rota on a rotating cycle (roughly 1 in 14 weeks)

Skills & Qualifications Knowledge & Understanding

Knowledge of electrical systems and experience in similar Electrical / HVAC / Maintenance Engineer roles
Facilities Maintenance background and experience in similar environments
Knowledge and experience of all electrical plant including Air Handling Units and their controls, pumps, heat exchangers, boiler plant (excluding gas side pipe work and accessories)
Knowledge and experience of BMS control systems
Knowledge and experience of electrical installations, including wiring and testing

Qualifications

Approved Electrical Apprenticeship is a minimum requirement
Passed AM2 (English qualification) or SVQ level 3 Electrical qualification with a final trade test
Approved Electrician with 18th Edition Accreditation is a minimum requirement
Testing & Inspection 2391-52 Certification would be beneficial
