Mobile Refrigeration Engineer

HoursMonday – Friday (40 hours a week)
Salary£42,757 basic + £2,543 on‑call allowance
About the CompanyForest, part of Mitie, is a leading refrigeration contractor in the Food service and Food/Drink retail sector.
Role Responsibilities- Install, service, and repair commercial refrigeration systems
- Diagnose faults and carry out effective breakdown repairs
- Ensure all work meets industry regulations and internal safety standards
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams regarding work completed and recommendations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Participate in an on‑call rota as required
- Current, valid F‑Gas Certificate (must hold)
- 10+ years’ experience in commercial refrigeration, specifically within restaurants and hospitality environments
- Strong understanding of commercial refrigeration systems in the food service/retail sector
- Professional, reliable, capable of high performance even during peak summer periods
- Full UK driving licence
