About the Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join our growing team, supporting a portfolio of residential and commercial swimming pool clients across the M25 region. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced pool professional or mechanically minded engineer looking to develop a career within the swimming pool industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing swimming pool plant equipment, ensuring systems operate safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance on swimming pool systems and equipment. Diagnose and repair faults on filtration systems, pumps, dosing equipment, UV systems, heat pumps, boilers, and associated plant. Perform water quality testing and make chemical adjustments where required. Install, commission, and upgrade pool plant equipment. Respond to service call-outs and breakdowns in a timely and professional manner. Complete service reports and maintenance records accurately.

Advise clients on equipment performance, maintenance requirements, and potential improvements. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with relevant health and safety regulations. Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment to a professional standard. Candidate Requirements Essential:
Previous experience working within the swimming pool industry. Good understanding of pool plant rooms, filtration systems, circulation systems, and water treatment equipment. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. Full UK driving licence. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. Professional and customer-focused approach. Desirable:
Electrical qualifications or experience.

Experience with automatic dosing systems and control panels. Pool Plant Operator qualification or equivalent industry certifications. Experience working on commercial swimming pools. Plumbing or mechanical engineering background.
