Position: Commercial Gas Engineer / HVAC Engineer
The Role An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a growing and well-established building services team operating across Glasgow and the Central Belt. The successful candidate will be responsible for the service, maintenance, repair, and fault-finding of commercial gas systems across a variety of commercial and industrial sites. In addition, applicants must possess air conditioning experience and be confident working on a range of HVAC equipment.

Key Responsibilities Service, maintain and repair commercial gas appliances and associated plant. Diagnose and rectify faults on commercial heating systems. Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works. Service and maintain air conditioning systems including split, multi-split and VRV/VRF equipment. Complete all relevant certification and job documentation accurately. Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with current regulations.

Provide excellent customer service while representing the business on client sites. Requirements Essential Current Commercial Gas Qualifications (CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1A or equivalent). Proven experience as a Commercial Gas Engineer. Air Conditioning experience with relevant F-Gas certification. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. Full UK Driving Licence. Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.

Desirable Experience with BMS controls and HVAC systems. Electrical fault-finding experience. Additional gas or refrigeration qualifications.
