Salary: Basic £39,729 pa + £2,400 pa bonus OTE + Overtime + £3k “Golden Hello”

As the UK’s leading vehicle rental specialists, we provide mobile vehicle technicians with the opportunity to work mainly office hours Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday morning shift.

• Maintain a pre‑planned diary of work, booking at least 5 days in advance while maintaining flexibility.
• Repair vehicles using a new model, fully equipped company support vehicle.
• Collaborate with a dedicated workshop to deliver a first‑class fix for complex jobs.
• Achieve quarterly bonus targets.
• Complete voluntary overtime when required.

We provide a personalised training plan through our IMI accredited centre and manufacturer‑approved courses, including Hybrid & EV, tail lift, braking systems, and electrics.

• Level 2 or Level 3 Technician or Mechanic experience.
• Broad mix of work: servicing, maintenance, warranty and recall work.
• Fast‑paced background with technical problem‑solving skills.
