Contract: Fixed Term for 12 months

Hourly Rate: £21 per hour

The successful candidate will be responsible for working on plumbing contracts within a range of properties owned and managed by ng homes, delivering all projects and commercial contracts on time and within pre‑set budgets. The role involves providing high quality plumbing service to support maintenance projects for ng2 Ltd on behalf of ng homes.

The successful candidate should have the ability to prioritise a varied workload and experience in general property maintenance and construction.

A full, current UK driving licence and recognised appropriate trades papers and qualifications are essential for this role.
