COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client are a leading engineering and facilities services provider is seeking to strengthen its refrigeration team due to continued growth across key retail contracts. The business delivers planned and reactive maintenance solutions across commercial environments, supporting major supermarket and retail clients nationwide.
JOB PURPOSETo carry out planned and reactive maintenance of refrigeration systems across multiple customer sites, acting as the first line of response for service, fault-finding, and repair, while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual KPIs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Representing the company in a professional and competent manner at all times and develop strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Delivery of planned and reactive Refrigeration maintenance works on site in compliance with the agreed project specification and within agreed timescales.
- Liaison with the supervisor or Account Manager, at all times striving to ensure that maintenance works are delivered on time and to the agreed specification.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, CBES HSE management systems, procedures, or instructions as they apply and to ensure that all colleagues follow safe systems of work on site.
- Identification and resolution of repair, maintenance and installation issues that may affect programme delivery.
- Ensuring company vehicle (where provided) is kept clean, well maintained and serviced as required.
- Comply with any other reasonable management instruction.
- Good Standard of General Education
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning) or equivalent (Preferred)
- City & Guilds (2079) F Gas (Essential)
- H&S Awareness for Operatives
- Previous exposure to operating within a Retail Refrigeration maintenance environment
- Preferably - Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
£43k salary (inclusive of standby payment)
