Site Supervisor (Sprinkler Installations)

Glasgow Area

Client will pay for digs for those with the right skills but live in different areas.

A growing and well-established Fire Protection contractor is looking to recruit Site Supervisors to oversee sprinkler installation projects in Glasgow and Newcastle.

Package
  • Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 DOE
  • Performance bonus with realistic earnings of 25-30% of salary

Role
  • Oversee sprinkler installation works and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
  • Supervise subcontractors carrying out sprinkler installations.
  • Manage daily site activities.
  • Monitor progress against programme.
  • Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance.
  • Support project delivery from start through to completion.
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety on site.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within Construction, M&E, Fire Protection, Sprinklers, Building Services, or a related sector.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and site activities effectively.
  • SSSTS and First Aid qualifications preferred.
  • Willingness to obtain the relevant certifications will also be considered.
  • A proactive approach and desire to progress within the industry.
