OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a maintenance professional to join our facilities management team. You will undertake maintenance duties, complete reports within set time frames and keep accurate records of inspections.
You will also handle minor works from inception to completion, ensuring safety documentation is up to date and compliant. The role requires NVQ Level 3 in HVAC or equivalent, plus ACS gas qualifications and FM/Building Services experience.
