We have a great opportunity to join one of the UK's most prominent FM companies covering a large Commercial Office site in Soho to join a team of engineers as an on-site Electrical Engineer.

We are looking to recruit an Electrical

Engineer with a good knowledge of Facilities Maintenance. The ideal candidate needs to be reliable, able to complete work within required time frame and manage own deadline requirements. Have a calm manner and be able to work under pressure and against rapidly changing demands and priorities. Able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing support to other areas of the business on occasions, as required.

• Carrying out Pre Planned Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance
• Testing & Inspection on electrical equipment
• Plant rooms
• Plant equipment
• Building a relationship with the client and the existing team members
• Multi skilled maintenance

• Technically qualified *(Electrical) with 18 th Edition
• Good building services background with broad knowledge of HVAC systems
• Good knowledge of water management and the requirements of ACOP L8
• Good knowledge of Emergency lighting regulations.
• Excellent Communicator and Planner;
• Good EHS background;
• Team player;
• Excellent IT skills including Excel;
• Excellent Organisational skills
