Rope Access Window Cleaner (IRATA L3

Smith Services Ltd is a long-established company providing rope access services throughout the UK.

We are looking for qualified and experienced rope access technicians to work alongside our existing team in Birmingham.

Must have a valid IRATA certification and be based in Glasgow.

The candidates will be motivated and work well within a team.

The work is predominantly window cleaning however you will also work on general maintenance cleaning, pressure washing cladding, inspections, Installation, surveys and repairs.

Applicants interested in fixed term or sub-contracting will be considered.

We offer very competitive rates of pay depending on skills and experience.

• Valid IRATA certification
• Driving licence
• Experience of window cleaning
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and occasionally stay-away for work

The following would be advantageous to applicants.

• Any experience of general maintenance
• IPAF or PASMA qualification
