Are you an experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer (5 years plus) looking for a new challenge? Do you take pride in your technical expertise and problem-solving skills? If so, we’d love to hear from you!
We are looking for a highly skilled and self-motivated engineer to join our team, working across a diverse client base, including local councils and universities across the central belt. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control Systems who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Carrying out maintenance inspections, fault finding, repairs and small works with minimal supervision.
- Ensuring compliance with SSAIB & BAFE standards.
- Providing detailed and accurate reports using Simpro Field Service Management Software.
- Working independently and collaboratively to deliver top-tier service to clients.
Essential Experience & Skills:
Time-served Engineer in the Fire & Security industry with at least 5 years’ experience.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Understanding of SSAIB & BAFE Standards.
FIA qualifications (preferred but not essential).
Full, clean UK driving licence.
Must pass a Basic Disclosure Scotland & five-year security check.
