Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Contract: Permanent

We are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Air Conditioning Engineer / HVAC Engineer to join an established and growing Facilities Management and Building Services business.

You’ll be responsible for planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, servicing, repairs and fault finding across a varied portfolio of commercial sites.

• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on commercial air conditioning and HVAC systems.

• Diagnose faults and complete effective repairs.

• Service and maintain commercial air conditioning equipment.

• Complete minor installation, replacement and remedial works.

• Carry out electrical and mechanical fault finding.

• Complete service reports and job records using digital systems.

• Ensure all work is completed in line with F-Gas and Health & Safety requirements.

• Identify additional remedial works where appropriate.

• Provide a professional service to customers and clients.

• Manage your own workload and work independently across customer sites.

• Previous experience as a Commercial Air Conditioning Engineer, AC Engineer or HVAC Engineer
  .

• Strong experience in PPM and reactive maintenance
  .

• Confident carrying out fault finding, diagnostics and repairs.

• Good knowledge of commercial air conditioning systems.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Able to work independently and manage your own workload.

• Full UK Driving Licence.

• F-Gas Category 1 qualification.

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.

• City & Guilds Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.

• Commercial refrigeration experience.

• IPAF / PASMA.

• CSCS / relevant industry card.

• 18th Edition.

• £42,000 salary
