Based in New Jersey, the company delivers a wide range of concrete solutions, including footings and foundations, slab-on-grade construction, cold storage slabs, 3D concrete paving, exterior concrete paving, pervious concrete paving, and tilt-up panels. Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple concrete construction projects simultaneously. Coordinate project planning, scheduling, procurement, and execution. Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project requirements. Work closely with field superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and clients. Monitor project budgets, cost controls, and profitability. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards. Develop and maintain project schedules to meet client expectations.
Lead project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders. Support estimating and preconstruction efforts when needed. Identify and resolve project challenges before they impact schedule or budget. Profile A successful Project Manager should have: 2-5 years of project management experience in construction, concrete, civil, or related industries. Strong understanding of commercial concrete construction practices. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required. Job Offer On
