Rowan University English Language Program Hiring Part Time Instructors
The English Language Program at Rowan University is seeking qualified part-time adult ESL instructors. The ELP is a year-round university-based intensive academic English program serving adult international and local immigrant students. Our primary goals are to prepare students for university success and help non-native speakers of English improve their English skills. We are looking to hire part-time adult ESL instructors to on our Glassboro campus.
Courses are taught on an ongoing basis with instructors regularly receiving consistent on-going work throughout the year. However, the courses offered will be based on enrollment and programming needs.
Qualified candidates must have a Master’s degree in TESOL, Linguistics, or English with qualifications of teaching for an adult audience. A minimum of 1 year teaching academic ESL in an adult education environment is required.
