The Rowan University Department of Music Vocal Division is hiring a studio voice teacher to instruct undergraduate students enrolled in the music department programs, including Music Education, Vocal Performance, Bachelor of Arts, Music Therapy, the Music Minor, and the Certificate of Undergraduate Studies.
Qualifications- Master of Music in Vocal Performance and/or Vocal Pedagogy.
- Established career as a singer or teacher in the profession.
- At least three years of experience teaching private studio voice.
- Strong foundation in classical vocal technique with knowledge of Italian, German, and French diction.
- Piano skills and knowledge of standard classical vocal repertoire required.
- Experience teaching voice at the university level.
- Teach private voice lessons to students enrolled in the vocal division.
- Participate in end‑of‑semester juries.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States;

SalaryAdjuncts are provided with a minimum of $2,225 per credit for all courses taught, with a maximum teaching load of 8 credits per semester and 12 credits in an academic year.
