Job Overview: Rowan University invites applications for adjunct faculty teaching positions in Nursing for undergraduate and graduate courses. The applicant must be committed to excellence in the teaching of Nursing. The Department of Nursing offers an RN‑BSN and an MSN. Interested individuals must have at least a Master’s Degree and clinical experience.

Responsibilities:

• Teach courses in Nursing at undergraduate and graduate levels.
• Develop and deliver course content, assignments, and assessments.
• Provide academic guidance and support to students.
• Participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities.
• Maintain accreditation standards and contribute to curriculum development.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
• Clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Teaching experience at the college level.
• New Jersey State Nursing Licensure.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Compensation: Adjuncts are provided with a minimum of $2,225 per credit for all courses taught, with a maximum teaching load of 8 credits per semester and 12 credits in an academic year. Courses will be assigned by College & Department on an as‑needed basis.

All positions are contingent upon budget appropriations.

Eligibility: Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States. The University will not sponsor a visa for this position.
