Adjunct Faculty - Department of Art

The Department of Art at Rowan University is seeking qualified adjuncts to teach undergraduate courses in Studio Art, Drawing, Painting, 2 & 3-d Design, Graphic Design and Digital Media, Ceramics, Sculpture, Jewelry/Metals, and Art History. Courses will be taught on the main campus in Glassboro, New Jersey.

Qualified candidates must have a Master’s degree in a related field and relevant professional or academic experience. A track record of successful teaching is desirable.

In compliance with The State of New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, and in accordance with the current MOA, Rowan University adjuncts are provided with a minimum of $1,975 per credit for all courses taught, with a maximum teaching load of 8 credits per semester and 12 credits in an academic year. Courses will be assigned to instructors by the College & Department on an as‑needed basis.
