The Accounting and Finance Department is searching for adjunct instructors in accounting. Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate courses in accounting, primarily in a traditional classroom (in‑person) format. Prior teaching or professional training experience is strongly preferred, with evidence of quality instruction.

• Masters in accounting, taxation, finance or business.
• Current professional experience in the fields of accounting or finance, substantial in duration and level of responsibility.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CIA) preferred.
• Daytime availability is a plus.

The Department of Accounting and Finance is one of three academic departments within the Rohrer College of Business, which is AACSB accredited. The department offers Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance, Certificates of Graduate Studies in Accounting and Finance, MBA specializations in Accounting and Finance, and a Master of Science in Finance.

Instructor compensation:
Rowan University adjuncts are provided with a minimum of $2,225 per credit for all courses taught, with a maximum teaching load of 8 credits per semester and 12 credits in an academic year.
