We are hiring a Relief Recovery Support Coach (Recovery Specialist) and a Substance Use Counselor for our Pathways Program, an intensive outpatient and outpatient program providing personal support plans for recovery and relapse prevention.

• Provide non‑clinical services to aid individuals in establishing and maintaining recovery from addiction and mental illness.
• Share personal recovery experiences and build authentic peer‑to‑peer relationships.
• Assist clients who have responded to Narcan or otherwise reversed opiate overdose in engaging with substance use disorder treatments.
• Connect consumers to social, spiritual, and peer supports to improve quality of life.
• Develop and implement personal support plans within the Pathways Program.

Relevant experience in community, peer support, or recovery services; personal recovery background; and strong communication skills are preferred.

Eligible for a $500 sign‑on bonus upon hire.
