Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed NJ Lawyer to become a part of our team! Primary area of law for applicant will be family law. Wills, estates, and social security law would be a secondary practice area.
Responsibilities- Represent clients in court or before government agencies
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of client.
- Negotiate settlement.
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
- Previous experience in family law
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
