Discovery Management Group is seeking a licensed practical nurse to join our team. As an LPN, you will provide nursing care in accordance with the client’s plan of care, including health evaluation, monitoring, health promotion and coordination of services.
Requirements include two years of LPN experience, two years in assisted living or a nursing home, and a current LPN license in good standing. Candidates must be able to work nights and weekends and handle multiple priorities.
