We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in a skilled nursing facility. The CNA provides direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff and helps residents with daily living activities to promote comfort, dignity, and overall wellness.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.

• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health, behavior, or condition to nursing staff.

• Take and record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.

• Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents.

• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.

• Assist with transferring, repositioning, and ambulating residents using proper body mechanics and transfer equipment.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.

• Follow infection control and safety procedures in compliance with facility policies.

• Participate in care planning meetings and contribute to resident care plans.

• Support residents' rights and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and facility guidelines.

• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in [State Name].

• CPR/BLS certification (preferred or required depending on facility policy).

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred but not required.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Physical ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed.

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
