Liscios Italian Bakery in Glassboro, NJ (Ellis Warehouse) is seeking a Quality Control Technician to uphold the SQF-based food safety program and ensure product quality across production and warehouse operations. The role runs 5pm to 1:30am, Tuesday through Saturday, with Sundays and Mondays off.
The ideal candidate will perform calibrations, document control, and training while maintaining high cleanliness and food safety awareness, including coverage if baking runs late.
