In the Entry‑Level Sales Consultant role, you will work directly with customers to provide information about roofing options, answer questions, and help schedule qualified appointments.
What You’ll Do As A Sales Consultant- Speak with customers and provide information on roofing and home improvement solutions
- Educate customers on the benefits and help them understand the next steps
- Set and confirm appointments based on customer interest and qualifications
- Maintain a professional, respectful, and customer‑first approach at all times
- Work closely with leadership and internal Sales Consultant teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Track daily activity and follow up with customers as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Keep updated customer information in our CRM system
- Digital proficiency, including CRM tools, scheduling apps, and digital contract platforms
- Strong communication and people skills
- Motivation, coachability, and consistency
- Confidence speaking with customers face‑to‑face or one‑on‑one
- Someone who enjoys goals, competition, and personal growth
- A mindset focused on earning, learning, and building a long‑term career
- Reliable transportation and ability to work on‑site/in the field as needed
- Prior experience in sales consultant, sales closing, customer‑facing, customer service, sales, solar, roofing, hospitality, retail, or athletics is helpful, but not required
- Full‑time
