Remote / Field-Based (Must reside within 50 miles of Glassboro, NJ)

We are seeking a highly skilled and self‑motivated Field Service Technician to join our technical operations team. The ideal candidate will manage the end‑to‑end service cycle for our clients, including the installation, preventative maintenance, and complex repair of automated equipment. As a key face of the company, you will act as a primary problem‑solver, ensuring our customers' machinery operates at peak efficiency.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise and exceptional communication skills to manage on‑site exceptions and maintain strong client relationships.

• On‑Site Technical Service:
  Provide high‑level repair and preventative maintenance on specialized automated equipment.
• Installation Management:
  Lead and complete full machinery installations at customer facilities, ensuring all systems are calibrated to spec.
• Documentation:
  Accurately complete and submit detailed field reports, capturing all labor hours, parts used, and work performed.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Strictly adhere to all company and client safety protocols and participate in ongoing technical training.
• Client Communication:
  Act as a bridge between the customer and our internal teams, providing clear updates on machine status and service timelines.

• Experience:
  
  2+ years of hands‑on experience in installing and maintaining industrial machinery.

  Skills:
  
  Strong mechanical aptitude with a solid foundational knowledge of electronics and electrical systems.
• Travel:
  Ability to travel extensively throughout the USA and Canada (valid Passport or ability to obtain one required).
• Physical Ability:
  Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks common in an industrial environment.
• Credentials:
  Valid US Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
• Communication:
  Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional reporting and client interaction.
