ProgramOverview:
Pettirosso Community Home (PCH)
PCH provides a structured, trauma‑informed therapeutic setting where young women receive around‑the‑clock care. Residents participate in individual, group, family, and allied therapies with the goal of moving to a lower level of care or reuniting with their families.
Job OverviewThe Residential Coordinator manages daily operations of the residential program, delivering case management, engagement, and supportive services to youth while maintaining a safe and therapeutic living environment. The role supervises staff, schedules staff, assists with crisis intervention and medication monitoring, and shares on‑call responsibilities with the program director.
Key Responsibilities- Provide case management, engagement, and support to youth residing within the program.
- Ensure the safety and security of the program, building, residents, and staff.
- Oversee staff scheduling and provide staff supervision.
- Assist with crisis management and medication monitoring.
- Share on‑call time with the program director.
- Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or an unlicensed Master’s degree in counseling or a related field with at least 1 year of related experience.
- Demonstrated independent thinking, judgment, and the ability to analyze work, set goals, develop plans, and manage time effectively.
- Passion for working with adolescents.
- Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and acceptable driving record.
- Starting base salary: $50,000.
- Bilingual rate: $3,120 bonus for Spanish proficiency.
