Traffic Plan provides safe, reliable traffic control services across the Mid-Atlantic and beyond.
We’re hiring dependable people to keep work zones moving safely. If you have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.
Weekly pay + year-round workWhat We Offer:
- Starting pay: $16.11/hour
- Paid training and certification
- Bonuses up to $2,750 in your first year
- Referral rewards
- All safety gear provided
- Set up traffic signs and cones
- Direct vehicles safely through work zones
- Communicate with crews using radios and signals
- Monitor for hazards and protect team members
- Occasionally drive company vehicles
(Required)
- A valid driver’s license
- A reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Comfortable standing 8–12 hours in all weather
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to speak, hear, and understand English to communicate safely on the job
