- Prepare and review corporate, partnership, trust, and individual income tax returns of varying complexity
- Provide technical guidance and support to staff and interns
- Conduct both basic and complex tax research
- Assist with tax planning for businesses and individual clients
- Serve as a resource for junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required;
Master's degree (MST) or CPA licensure is a strong plus - Minimum 3 years of experience in the tax department of a CPA firm
- Strong, working knowledge of the Internal Revenue Code
- Experience preparing and reviewing corporate, partnership, trust, and individual returns
- Proven ability to perform tax research and support basic tax planning engagements
- Solid analytical and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with professional tax software
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Team-oriented with the ability to mentor and support junior staff
