Accounts Payable Specialist – Glastonbury, CT

Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their accounting team.

Responsibilities:

• Match invoices to purchase orders and upload documents into a proprietary system
• Process full-cycle accounts payable, averaging approximately 100 invoices per week
• Perform filing, scanning, copying, and other administrative duties as needed
• Opportunity to be cross-trained in additional areas of accounting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Accounting or related degree required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• ERP experience is a plus
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Highly organized with a strong willingness to learn

Pay Rate: $20–$21 per hour
