Incumbent must be able to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.knowledge of clerical duties and office proceduresbasic microsoft word and excel skillsability to establish and maintain working relationships with staff members and provide friendly customer service to the publicability to create and maintain records, and organize data in a clear and concise mannerability to learn department specific software applicationsphysical/mental requirements:typically the employee may sit comfortably to do the work.
However, there may be some walking, standing, stooping, reaching, and carrying items such as papers, books, or filesmust be able to push/pull/lift objects of less than twenty (20) pounds and sit for prolonged periods. Able to perform manipulative skills which require hand-eye coordination such as keyboard skills must be able to see objects closely as in reading and typing a documentmust be able to hear normal sounds with background noise, distinguish voice patterns and communicate with speech as in using a telephoneability to perform such tasks as typing, filing, computer work and using a calculatorminimum training and experience:high school diploma or equivalenttwo (2) years’ clerical experience license or certification:none
