F.I.T.E. Fit is a premier martial arts academy dedicated to fostering skills and personal growth in a supportive environment. We are currently seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Staff member to join our team and contribute to our welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for our members, creating a positive and welcoming experience.
• Manage member relations, including greetings, inquiries, and feedback.
• Coordinate the intake and enrollment process for new members, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
• Assist with sales promotions, marketing efforts, and daily operational tasks.
• Maintain records and perform administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience in customer service or front desk roles preferred.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Familiarity with martial arts or fitness industry is a plus.
