Primarily responsible for acting as a positive role model for youth and staff by providing leadership working with campers who have special needs and/or challenging behaviors. Assists with all of the department's camp programs with a rotating schedule.
Training & Experience
Required:
- Graduation from college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in Recreation, Special Education or Related field.
- Previous experience working with youth in a structured recreation program and supervising staff.
- First Aid, CPR Certification (possess or willing to attain)
