Project Manager - Stormwater​/Water Resources

• Serve as a subject matter expert in stormwater and water resources, overseeing technical project delivery and design, scheduling, budgeting, and client management
• Supervise and direct teams of technical staff on complex projects
• Assist in training and technical development of staff through seminars and guidance
• Consult on technical challenges and provide independent reviews on project components
• Present project updates and technical information to clients and at public meetings

• Bachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering discipline
• 8+ years of related experience in stormwater and water resources, including design and project management
• Registered Professional Engineer in Massachusetts or ability to obtain by reciprocity
• Strong understanding of state and federal regulatory frameworks and experience with regulatory interactions
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and communicate with clients, staff, subconsultants, and contractors
• Strong desire to manage and mentor junior staff
