Transaction Advisory Senior Manager
We are currently seeking a Transaction Advisory Senior Manager focused on Financial Due Diligence to join our team in any of the following office locations:
Jericho, NY;
New York, NY;
Park Ridge, NJ;
Chelmsford, MA;
Needham, MA;
Glastonbury, CT; or Wayne, PA. We will also consider remote candidates based in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Greater Philadelphia market. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing firm.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leading complex buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and Quality of Earnings (QoE) engagements, providing strategic insights that drive investment and transaction decisions
- Directing multiple concurrent engagements and engagement teams, ensuring exceptional client service, technical excellence, and timely delivery across all phases of the transaction lifecycle
- Advising private equity sponsors, strategic buyers, business owners, and executive leadership teams on key financial, operational, and transaction-related considerations
- Analyzing financial statements, operating results, and key performance metrics to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and value drivers that impact transaction outcomes
- Developing and reviewing comprehensive reports, presentations, and analyses that communicate findings, proposed adjustments, and strategic recommendations to clients and stakeholders
- Monitoring industry trends, market activity, accounting developments, and emerging transaction considerations to enhance client value and thought leadership
- Evaluating revenue quality, earnings sustainability, working capital trends, cash flow performance, and balance sheet accounts to assess the financial health of target businesses
- Contributing to practice growth initiatives by supporting business development activities, participating in networking and industry events, creating thought leadership content, and expanding professional relationships
- Driving client relationships by serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact throughout the engagement and transaction process
- Traveling to client sites, firm offices, and industry events as needed while maintaining flexibility to meet engagement and client service requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 4+ years of Transaction Advisory experience, and 7+ total years of relevant experience
- CPA license required
- Construction and/or manufacturing & distribution industry experience desired;
Industry agnostic experience considered - Excellent interpersonal, organizational, initiative, and leadership skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Maintains a high level of professionalism and consistently demonstrates respect for others
