Shift Availability: Full & Part time evenings available.

Position Description: The Activities Assistant is responsible for creating an active and home-like atmosphere while planning, organizing, and implementing activities for the residents in accordance with Hearth's LIVE MORE philosophy to maximize resident adjustment, a healthy lifestyle, and social engagement.

Education/Training/Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Must have relevant experience as an Activities Assistant in a healthcare setting or similar experience.
