• Monday–Friday, no weekends or major holidays
• Work within clinic hours of 7am–7pm

You’ll rotate across several OAH outpatient locations, including Farmington, Glastonbury, Plainville, South Windsor, Enfield, and Rocky Hill
.

• Exposure to diverse orthopedic diagnoses and treatments
• Collaboration with a wide range of clinicians
• Opportunities to build strong relationships across multiple teams
• Dynamic experiences that keep your work engaging

• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions as established in the PT’s plan of care
• Deliver treatments to improve strength, mobility, motor control, balance, gait, and functional independence
• Educate patients and families regarding exercise programs, precautions, and recovery expectations
• Monitor and document patient progress and communicate observations to supervising PTs
• Support patient motivation, safety, and long‑term wellbeing

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active Connecticut PTA license (or eligibility)
• Strong interest in orthopedic rehabilitation
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
