Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead high-impact enterprise software initiatives across our aerospace and IT service portfolios. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of ERP implementation and optimization projects—from planning and execution through go-live and stabilization—while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring delivery, quality, and financial performance.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience leading ERP deployments in complex environments and has a strong preference for candidates with IFS ERP exposure (implementation, upgrade, integration, or optimization).

Key ResponsibilitiesERP Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead full-cycle project management for ERP implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives
, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. - Manage cross-functional teams including internal delivery resources, subcontractors, and client stakeholders across multiple locations.
- Own project planning and execution including workplans, schedules, budgets, resource forecasting, RAID logs, and status reporting
. - Drive project governance including steering committees, executive reporting, milestone tracking, and issue escalation.
- Proactively identify and resolve risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes to maintain delivery commitments.
- Coordinate ERP-related activities such as data migration, integration planning, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), training readiness, and go-live planning

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client engagements, ensuring consistent communication and delivery of value.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders to understand business needs and drive solution alignment.
- Facilitate key project ceremonies including kickoff, requirements workshops, design reviews, and weekly status meetings.
- Support change management and adoption activities to ensure successful ERP rollout and user readiness.
- Support development of proposals, estimates, pricing models, and quotes in response to ERP project requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams on contract execution, including SOW creation, scope definition, and delivery assumptions.
- Track project financials including burn rates, margin performance, forecasting, and change requests.
- Identify opportunities for organic account growth (additional modules, enhancements, post-go-live support, integrations).
- Drive continuous improvement through post-project reviews, lessons learned, and process optimization.
- Ensure adherence to internal quality practices and client compliance requirements.
- Contribute to PMO best practices, templates, reporting tools, and delivery standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (
MBA or PMP preferred
). - 5+ years of project management experience delivering large-scale enterprise IT initiatives, with strong emphasis on ERP projects
. - Demonstrated success managing full lifecycle ERP programs including planning, execution, testing, and deployment.
- IFS ERP experience strongly preferred (implementation, upgrade, support, or integration).
- Strong understanding of quoting, SOW development, and contract oversight.
- Strong grasp of project financials, budget tracking, and cost control.
- Experience working in aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, or MRO environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP functional areas such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, maintenance, or asset management is a plus.
- Skilled in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and collaboration tools (e.g., You Track, JIRA, Teams/SharePoint).
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or hybrid delivery methodologies preferred.
