The Forecasting and AI Business Analyst is a hands-on business analytics and digital transformation role responsible for improving aftermarket forecasting, spare parts planning, and operational decision-making through the effective use of enterprise data, artificial intelligence tools, analytics platforms, and enterprise business applications. The role partners closely with Materials, Engineering, Program Management, Service Operations, IT, and functional business teams to improve forecasting accuracy, automate workflows, and deliver actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize AI-powered tools and analytics platforms to improve spare parts forecasting, inventory visibility, and aftermarket planning for FT8 and FT4000 engine programs.
  • Build and maintain business applications, forms, dashboards, and data-entry interfaces using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power BI.
  • Develop agentic workflows and business process automations using Microsoft technologies and other IT-approved AI, analytics, and automation platforms.
  • Create interactive modules that enable users to update CRM data, monitor business performance, and trigger automated business processes.
  • Analyze SAP and enterprise data including demand history, inventory levels, lead times, material master data, bills of material, and service demand trends.
  • Generate dashboards, reports, and metrics supporting forecasting accuracy, service levels, inventory optimization, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT resources to define requirements and deploy scalable analytics solutions.
  • Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership and operational teams.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to apply AI tools and workflow automation across aftermarket operations.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Management, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience with data analysis, forecasting, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI, Salesforce or similar business platforms
