💰 Base: $52,000–$55,000 + strong monthly bonus opportunity

🔹 What You’ll OwnLead the Studio Business
- Drive membership sales and retention
- Manage daily operations and staffing
- Execute local marketing and outreach
- Coach Sales Associates and Flexologists
- Set expectations and track performance
- Develop future leaders
- Monitor KPIs and revenue goals
- Identify issues early and act quickly
- Keep the studio on track week-to-week
✔ Experience in sales, retail, fitness, hospitality, or membership business
✔ Comfortable being accountable for measurable goals
✔ Strong organization and follow-through
✔ Confident leading conversations and coaching staff
✔ High-ownership mindset
