Job Opportunity: CNA Certified Nursing Assistant - Welcome to New CNA Graduates!
Differentials- Shift Differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts and weekends
- Additional Shifts Differential:
Extra $5.00/hour for any shifts worked outside scheduled hours
- Full-Time 7-3; 3-11; 11-7
- Part-Time 7-3; 11-7
- Per Diem - minimum of 2 weekend shifts a month
- Assist residents in daily bathing, grooming, dental care, bowel and bladder functions, dressing, walking and wheelchair use, positioning in and out of bed.
- Document personal care given according to facility policies; provide nursing functions as directed including perineal care, making beds, turning residents, and recording temperature, weight, pulse and respiration.
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to supervisor, including any skin breakdowns; report immediately all accidents or injuries.
- Record all necessary charting entries; answer all call lights regardless of assignment; respond to emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Must hold current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
- No history of patient/resident abuse as per State Registry.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and following oral and written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Team player with good cooperation and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude towards residents and their support networks.
Per diem staff are expected to fulfill two weekend shifts monthly to meet requirements.
