Salmon Brook is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) with a passion for working with seniors and delivering top-quality care.
Key Responsibilities for Nurse Supervisor:
- Oversee the nursing department in the absence of the Director of Nursing (DON)
- Review staffing at the change of each shift and make adjustments to ensure all resident care needs are met
- Complete patient care rounds, ensuring high-quality care for all residents
- Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges smoothly and efficiently
Qualifications of Nurse Supervisors:
- Valid RN license
- Minimum of 2 year of nursing experience required
- Valid CPR certification
- Long‑term care or nursing home experience required
- Supervising experience required
- A compassionate heart for working with seniors and making a real impact in their lives
