Membership Advisor

The Edge Fitness Clubs is hiring a Membership Advisor to drive membership growth and deliver outstanding service in a high-energy club environment. You will generate and follow up on leads, conduct engaging tours, and present membership options that align with member goals. Using strong communication and sales skills, you'll close memberships, support retention, and uphold a professional, motivational atmosphere. This role offers hands-on experience in fitness, sales, and customer service, with training, advancement opportunities, and performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate and follow up on membership leads via walk-ins, phone, and digital inquiries.
• Conduct engaging club tours that highlight key features, services, and membership options.
• Present and close membership packages to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and existing members, addressing questions and concerns.
• Accurately process membership contracts, payments, and account updates in club systems.
• Collaborate with fitness and front-desk teams to deliver a seamless member experience.
• Participate in outreach, events, and promotions to drive brand awareness and membership growth.
• Maintain a professional, energetic presence aligned with The Edge Fitness Clubs culture.
• Track performance metrics and participate in ongoing sales and service training.
