This is a full‑time, on‑site position for a Licensed HVAC Technician based in Glastonbury, CT. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, performing preventive maintenance, and addressing mechanical or electrical issues. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, maintaining compliance with EPA regulations, and ensuring timely and effective service delivery.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting HVAC systems to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Knowledge of plumbing and preventive maintenance practices
• Understanding of EPA compliance standards and environmental safety regulations
• Competency in dealing with electricity-related components of HVAC systems
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to ensure client satisfaction
• Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA certification) and a valid HVAC technician license
• Ability to work efficiently on‑site with attention to detail and safety protocols
• Prior experience in the HVAC industry is preferred but not required
