Residential HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities of the HVAC Service Tech:- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and service on heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
- Identify system issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Provide outstanding customer service while representing the company professionally
- Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong refrigerant troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- $80,000 - $150,000+ annual earning potential
