The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing installations, service, and repairs while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and customer service.

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures

• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions

• Perform service calls, maintenance, and emergency repairs

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

• Install water heaters, piping systems, fixtures, drains, and related equipment

• Ensure all work complies with local and state plumbing codes

• Maintain accurate service records and documentation

• Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management

• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

• Valid Connecticut P2 Plumbing License required

• Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience preferred

• Experience with residential and/or commercial plumbing systems

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• $70,000 - $150,000+ annual earning potential
