Service Tech → Senior Tech → Field Supervisor → Service Manager → Operations Leadership
What You'll Do- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
- Service furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, air handlers, and controls
- Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
- Complete maintenance and system evaluations
- Clearly explain findings and options to homeowners
- Complete professional repairs and verify system performance
- Document work accurately
- Maintain a professional vehicle and customer experience
- Mentor developing technicians and apprentices
- Active Connecticut S-2 Unlimited Heating, Piping & Cooling Journeyperson License
- EPA Section 608 certification
- Strong residential HVAC service and diagnostic experience
- Excellent electrical and mechanical troubleshooting ability
- Experience with furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, controls, airflow, and refrigeration
- Strong homeowner communication skills
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- A professional, accountable, leadership mindset
Highly valued: EPA Universal, Service Titan experience, NATE certification, OSHA training, heat-pump expertise, and experience mentoring apprentices or junior technicians.
